Creator Agreement
Version 2026-10-22.2
1. Who this is between
This Creator Agreement (version 2026-10-22.2) is between you and Extraordinary Technology LLC ("Alliance Interstellar", "we", "us"). It applies when you create a creator profile on allianceinterstellar.com and submit content ("Looks" or other items) to the Marketplace for AI Digital Human Studio. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts.
2. What you may submit
Only content you created yourself, or that you have every right needed to share and sell. If your content includes images (skin textures, makeup, tattoos), you must own them or hold a license that allows this use.
Not allowed: faces or likenesses made from photos of real people (unless that person has given you written permission and you can show it), anything that appears to depict a minor, sexual content involving anyone who appears underage, hateful or illegal content, other people's trademarks or copyrighted characters, and anything designed to harm players or the game.
Preview images of paid items are shown in Steam's item store and must be suitable for all ages (no nudity or sexually suggestive imagery).
3. Review and removal
Every submission is reviewed before it is listed. We may decline, unlist or remove any item at any time, in particular after a complaint, a takedown notice, or a decision by Valve. We may suspend creator accounts that break this agreement.
4. The license you give us
You keep ownership of your content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (except for the revenue share below) to host, reproduce, display, adapt for technical purposes, distribute and sell your content through our website, inside AI Digital Human Studio, on the Steam Workshop and in Steam's item store, and to use your previews and display name to promote the Marketplace. The license ends for new distribution when the item is removed; players who already obtained it may keep using it.
Free items may be mirrored to the Steam Workshop under our account with credit to you.
5. Paid items and your share
Paid items are sold in two places at one of the listed price tiers: inside the Steam version of the game as Steam Inventory items (paid with the Steam Wallet; Steam sets the local price in each currency), and on our website (paid by card in US dollars). A buyer who bought an item in either place can use it in the game.
Your share is 50% of the net amount we actually receive for your item. For Steam sales that is what Steam pays us (after Steam's fee, refunds, chargebacks and taxes withheld), as shown in Steam's sales reports; because Steam pays us about 30 days after the end of each month, your share for a month becomes payable after that. For website sales it is the price paid, minus sales tax, the payment processor's fee, refunds and chargebacks; it becomes payable in the monthly payout after the month of the sale.
We pay through Stripe Connect. To be paid you must set up a Stripe account in a supported country and keep it in good standing. Amounts under US$10 roll over to the next month. You are responsible for your own taxes; Stripe may ask for tax information and may issue tax forms where required.
If a sale is reversed, refunded or found to be fraudulent after you were paid, we may deduct it from future payments.
6. Your promises
You confirm that your content follows section 2 and does not infringe anyone's rights. If a third party makes a claim because of your content, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses arising from it.
7. No guarantees; limits
The Marketplace is provided as is. We do not guarantee any number of sales or downloads. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts we owe you under section 5 for the previous 12 months.
8. Changes and ending
We may update this agreement. When we do, the version date changes and you will be asked to accept the new version before submitting new items. You can stop at any time by unlisting your items; earned shares are still paid. Questions: service@allianceinterstellar.com.
