This surprises people, so it is worth stating outright: on Windows, AI Booster ships as two separate builds from two separate codebases. They share a name and a purpose, not a version number.

Which one you want
- On an ARM64 device — Snapdragon-based Copilot+ PCs and similar — take the Store version. It ships a native ARM64 build; the installer is x64 and would run under emulation. - On a managed or offline machine where the Store is unavailable, take the installer.
The version numbers are not comparable. They advance independently, so a higher number on one side does not mean it is newer than the other. Compare each against its own download page.
And because they are separate builds, their feature sets can differ at any given moment. If something described in the docs is missing, check which one you have before filing it as a bug — that is genuinely the most common cause.
