Version history

A fresh look for RealSoul on the App Store: new screenshots and preview videos in English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. The app itself is the same as 2.0.5.

New, and optional: Own AI Key. Sign in with Apple or Google and let her think with your own OpenAI, Google Gemini or xAI Grok key - free for 7 days, then USD 9.99 a month. Nothing changes unless you turn it on: her own on-device mind is still the default.

New, and optional: ElevenLabs voices, with your own ElevenLabs key.

She feels more present: natural eye contact, head and breathing movement, hair and a skirt that move, a sharper face and studio lighting.

Her voice carries emotion in English, and her face shows it.

Smoother lip-sync, quicker replies, and less battery use while she is idle.

HER MODEL NOW ARRIVES AFTER INSTALL

Her language model is no longer packed inside the app download, so the app itself is far smaller. It is fetched once, at or just after install - roughly 400 MB to 1 GB depending on your device, so use Wi-Fi. On newer versions of iOS the system fetches it in the background; otherwise RealSoul downloads it on first launch and shows you the progress. Until it is in place she can speak but cannot yet hold a conversation. After that her language model, her voice and her lip-sync all run on your device, and a whole conversation works with no internet connection.

A MORE NATURAL VOICE

Her voice has been retuned to sit closer to the way people actually speak, and she now carries a thought through to the end of the sentence.

CUT IN WHENEVER YOU LIKE

In voice mode she keeps listening while she is talking. Start speaking and she stops to hear you out - no button to hold, no waiting for her to finish.

FREE USE CONTINUES EVERY DAY

RealSoul stays free every day, with a daily message allowance - 30 messages a day at the time of writing. RealSoul No Daily Limit removes the daily message limit: 1 week USD 2.99, 1 month USD 9.99, 1 year USD 59.99. Prices may differ by region and your local price is shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price, and your account is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Still no account, no email and no sign-up, and your conversations are still never uploaded.
