iOS / Mac Companion Apps

RealSoul & AniSoul

All AI on your device — these apps are different from our other products:

Speech recognition, speech synthesis and the companion language model all run on your device. Your conversations and your voice are processed locally and never leave your device.
The language model file is not part of the app download. It is fetched once, on or shortly after first launch -- roughly 400 MB to 1 GB depending on your device -- and then stays on your device. That download only brings the model file to your device: it carries no conversation data -- none exists at that point -- and no account details, because there is no account.
These apps send no conversation content, audio, prompt or memory to us or to anyone else, and they carry no third-party cloud AI or cloud speech component. Speech recognition runs through Apple's own recogniser in on-device mode.
The only data these apps send is to our own servers: a device identifier used to meter the daily free-message allowance, your App Store receipt for subscription validation and restore, and a count of messages sent.
That data is used only to operate the free tier and subscriptions. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it for cross-app tracking. It is handled by us and by the infrastructure providers that run our servers, which are listed in Section 4.

The provider categories in Section 4 that relate to AI model, hosting, or storage processing do not apply to RealSoul or AniSoul. These apps hold complete conversations offline (e.g., in Airplane Mode).
